Stupid Question - Will The Wii U Play Wii Games?

I could be wrong but i think wii u have their own games amazon have their own wii u game page.

:cheers:  Just read they are but you have to have a Wii remote!  Is that right?  How much do these costs at best?   Smile

That's right - you need a wii remote to play wii games. You will also need a sensor bar.  Not alll Wii U packages come with one.  You can get a remote for £30-£35 new, sensor bars £5-£10.  It can be a better bet to buy a second hand wii just for the accessories!

if you do buy a remote make sure it says "Motion Plus" on it , as it will be compatible with all games.

Yep, I worked out the bit about potentially buying a wii too, a bit weird that!
