With all this being speculation, could you guess:
1. whether next gen will have DTS-HD/ Dolby True HD for games?
2. Which blu-ray drive will have better playback quality?
3. Whether HDMI control & Flac files will be supported?

A few PS3 games had uncompressed HD soundtracks (Uncharted 2 and Kill Zone 3 as I remember both had these). So it seems likely that some form of HD soundtrack will be included, at least on some blockbuster games.
I was very tempted by the FIFA + Xbox One deal... but that sold out extremely quickly!
