RE: PS Vita - Anyone getting one?

Anyone know if it can be used to play online poker, think it would be great for this and also the Sky Go service.

Dont have a smartphone that I use for the above so it was another option if it's at all possible.

Anyone know??

Cheers

RE: PS Vita - Anyone getting one?

hi i was going to get one but had to cancel my order as im getting married, so may get one at the end of the year.

If you on line poker game is flash based it wont play as the vita has no flash player and adobe are not intendinhg on releasing one any time soon. They have already said that are no longer supporting the portable flash player. so it look unlikely that the vita will ever get it.

the sky go app will be up to sky but seeing that it isnt avaliable for the ps3 i dout it will be availible  for the vita either

Ah  I see, cheers mate. I might still get one...maybe Smile

I notice LoveFilm are starting to rent out PS Vita games, which will def be cheaper than buying them, think Argos was the cheapest so far I've seen approx £30 per game.
