Why can you get 4HD on Freeview HD, but not on Freesat?

The question's in the title really, and may have been addressed in another thread?

On Freesat discussion boards some posters have stated that Channel 4 have an exclusive arrangement with Sky to broadcast C4's HD content. If so, surely Freeview HD wouldn't be able to broadcast 4HD. Seems like those of us with Freesat are being sold short here...

It's true Sky have/had an exclusivity deal to carry 4HD on satellite...So non satellite platforms, i.e DTT,Cable and IPTV  are uneffected by said deal...
