V+ Box setup in HD system - Andy?

I've recently upgraded to Virgin V+ to go with my Panny 37PX80 connected by a QED HDMI-P lead. I have no idea what settings are best for this so could do with some help - I think you mentioned you had a V+ box Andy in a different thread - any ideas?

At some point in the future I want to get Blu-ray and a 2.1 or 3.1 sound system (currently thinking Panny SC-BT100 or Onkyo HTX-22HD and Panny BD30). The question I had was whether or not either of these systems could upscale the picture out of the V+ box, as well as the sound quality. Thoughts would be welcome.
