SKY Box Dead After 5hours

Had my HD Box installed on Wen only to find after 5 hours the box has died on me and want come out of standby , I have tryed to do reset where you have to do 10min update and its jumps right back to Standby again Its not of to a good start is it , Anyway i have phone sky and they have Agreed to send the installer around later to give me a new box , lets hope this one works .

The issue started around about 4pm and the picture on my screen started to get Choppy and the sound would vanish , then 20mins later the Sky Box wouldnt change channel , so turned if of and its never worked ever since , To tell the truth i think the Box over heated because the fan on it never kicked in like it does on my Sky + Box .
