One for All Xsight Touch URC 8603

Just purchased a One for All Xsight Touch URC 8603 and everything works fine apart from my virgin media volume. It says it needs a code but there is noway of putting this code in as its for the original remote. Anyone got any ideas what i can do to get this to work?
