low sound on sky hd

i have just gone from sky+ to sky hd. i used to have the volume on my sony lcd tv on around 30 and this was loud enough. with sky hd i need to put it on around 40+ or more to get a decent volume. why is this, does anybody know
Go into the menues of the sky hd box where you will find volume,its probebly set to low.
