Note- only 1440 x 1080.

 ITV1 HD Granada

Freqeuncy: 10.936 GHz

Polarization: Vertical

Symbol Rate: 22.0

FEC: 5/6

1920 x 1080i resolution

and why is it  that when they change your box they cant copy your content

There is no facility to copy data from one box to another.

The only way it's possible, is to remove both HDDs and connecting them to a PC,then using third party software called copy+ to copy the data from the old drive to the new.
