does anyone know if i will be able to use it ? i have a humax foxsat hd box , i live in ireland , freesat works fine , i use a london postcode , on my laptop i am unable to access it , presumably because of my irish ip adress , but im hoping it will be ok for the tv when it goes live , any thoughts ? ta.

You still have to have an ethernet connection to use it via the humax, so ip address restrictions will probably still apply.

The same restrictions will apply, no UK ip address-no access.
