BBC HD and BBC 1 HD No picture

When i go to BBC HD channel i get the sound but no picture, all the other HD channels are fine but not the beeb ones.

 

Anybody know why this could be?

Have you tried powering down/rebooting the box?

Yes i have, it's done this before and a reboot had sorted it but has'nt this time round , was'nt sure if it was a problem on the beebs part or not.

They're both working fine on my boxes so isn't a broadcast issue. Try a planner rebuild if you haven't already.

To do a planner rebuild,

On the remote, press "Services" followed by 0-0-1 in quick succession (which get's you into the installer menu)

Then scroll down to "Planner rebuild" and press enter or press 7 then enter. (Don't worry a planner rebuild won't delete recordings)

ok i will try it, i'm recording something at the moment so shall i wait until it's finished before i do it dave?
