Tivo - loud click when changing HD channels

Its driving me mad....Angry

I have just had a Tivo box installed and it is great. I use the optical out to connect to my Marantz NR1501 AV receiver/ Kef 2005 5.1 speakers. When I switch to the home menu page I get a loud click/pop from the speakers. This only happens when I am watching an HD channel. This did not happen with my previous V+ HD box or Sky Hd box.

Strange one, doesn't happen on mine. You can turn off the annoying beeping noise every time you press a button on the remote, have you tried that?

I have already turned off the sound effects. Could it be something to do with Dolby Digital?
