S Sound question! Sony AV Amp...

Sorry ive gotta ask cant figure it out. I have this cheap and chearful Sony Reciever....

All it is im running a full 5.1 Jamo sat setup at the moment, but i may want to replace the front L & R with a pair of Dali 2.8 floorstanders...
I dont own/have room for a Dali centre speaker, so ideally id like to have a 4.1 setup! lol
Is this possible,practible?
Doesnt 80% of voice type sound come out of your centre speaker. Just wanted to keep the jamo sat's for rear left and right,alongside the jamo sub. 
Yes most speech comes from centre speaker, you could try with the Jamo centre but it probably wouldn't integrate brilliantly.
