Issues with BBC/ITV issue Sky 2Tb box

Since I've done self install on the above Sky box, I've had issues with BBC1/BBC HD/ITV/CH 4 breaking up. Pretty much all other channels are fine. Strangely, I have HD multiroom and the standard HD box in the other room seems to display the channels perfectly. Is there any simple explanation for this?
