i-player picture bad.

I have connected my humax box up to my home hub so to access i-player and itv-player and the picture is rubbish, is there any settings i can alter to improve it.

Yep, when you get to the watch now on the iplayer menu select the Higher Quality version if find this about the nearly as good as the low bitrate SD transmissions, you do need a good internet speed though 3-5Mb I think to maintain streaming.
