HD chanells gon SD

My freesat hd has stopped working all the channels are transmitting in sd but still saying hd . Bluray is ok so i swapped the hdmi cables . Anybody got any ideas ??   its all channels both bbc ,itv and c4 . Im using a humax freesat box which i have switched off and reset still the same .   All a bit weird ...

Sounds like you've changed the output resolution setting. Press the V-Format button until it changes to 'Original'
