Freesat picture problem on Toshiba Regza TV

Hi, My freesat has been working fine for some time and now there seems to be something wrong with the picture. When you scroll through the channels the info bar at the bottom of the screen seems too big to fit on the screen as some parts to the left and right are missing and the picture in general is too big for the screen. I have tried changing the pic settings on the humax and on the TV but none of the adjustments ort this problem, please help .
