EWTN probs?

Hi folks,

Query from my aunt - she watched EWTN a lot on FTA sat. Was working fine till yesterday and now its gone. I cant see anything on the web about it having changed transponder recently? Well not since the 10th Jan anyway.. she has an old silvercrest box which i find very hard to manually tune.. it needs SIG and PIDs - anyone have a guide to manually adding a channel to one of these boxes?
