BT Vision. On Demand content very quiet.

Was wondering if any BT Vision users have found a similar problem to me. In recent months the TV & Film On Demand content seems to have drastically dropped in volume. I don't think it's anything to do with my Onkyo as I have no such issues with Blu-Ray or the Wii/PS2. Besides, watching the Vision box's tuner or iPlayer and it's at normal volume.

I haven't changed any settings either.

I'd be interested to hear if anyone else is having issues or whether my Vision box could be on its last legs.
