Audio drop out with Sky HD

I've been noticing small drop outs in audio when watching Sky HD. It does it intermittently but it seems every few minutes to fe seconds.

Ive checked the connection as I've recently moved my kit around in my living room.

The one thing I have noticed is that my 2nd signal feed is very low on strength (less than a quarter on the bar) however the quality is almost full. Could this be something that is causing the audio drop outs? Just to note my 2 signals feels come from separate sources. One from a dish (input one) and the second from a communal dish ( input two).

Other than the low signal strength I'm not sure what it could be. Any ideas and advice are very much appreciated.
