300Mbp router for virgin superhub ?

Hey I want to increase the speed of the super hub, I think it works fine as it is, but I like to stream HD stuff over wireless.

I want to put the router into modem mode and get a 300mbps router as the superhub will only go to 150 in 2.4ghz and I cannot switch the modes as both my HTC Evo 3D and the wifes phone wont support 5ghz

Whats the best router for this ?
