PURE Dab Mini probs

Got one of these in the bathroom. Only ever two dab presets set up on it, Classic Gold for when missus is in there and Planet Rock for when its my turn. Problem I've been getting recently is that it keeps losing its preset memory. Happened twice in the past 3 weeks. Anyone know what its doing, or got a fix?
