linn radio is magic
i read the news page in whsv and found linn radio and i am now listening
on itunes on the computer i think the quality of linns music is
very good indeed, and i will listen to linn radio more often
does anyone know what bitrate it is on itunes is it 128kbps or 320kbps, for linns radio stations
it just sounds so much better than other net radio stations try and see what you think and let us know.
but how do I listen using media player?
Haven't tried that yet - news story only went up this afternoon - but iTunes is a free download and will play it perfectly
Thanks Andrew, I'm downloading now - but I'd still like to know how to play in WMP.
OK now sorted for WMP - you need to download and install PLS for Windows Media 1.0, and then when you click the PLS file on the Linn site, choose 'open with' and use this application to open it - you'll find it under CDYNE in your Applications folder. It will then open in WMP no problems.
Sorry for delay: had to wait while Windows netbook got up head of steam, download it and test it before reporting back.

It should be 320kbps, regardless of what you use to listen.
