How can I improve my Pure Classice One's reception?
Having promised myself for a while, I went out and bought a Pure One Classic DAB radio. After much excited messing about and fiddling, puzzling and swearing, I realised that I can't receive my fave channels at all. What's made it much worse is that the classic one doesn't support an external antenna. So now I need a way of boosting dab recption in my kitchen without being able to go down the usual route of external antennas. Does any one have any ideas ? I'd prefer not to have to move house...
DAB is a disaster/bad joke.
This Pure One Flow would give you FM and Internet radio (and DAB of course). Is it too late to go back to the shop and exchange?
If you scroll back on this forum to DIY Aeriel Question dated July 20, 2010 there's an idea there which I put up which may help. Certainly worked for the chap who raised the thread.

Thanks for all your advice guys, if I'd engaged brain first, I might have realised that internet radio would have been the intelligent option.

My advice would have been not to waste your money on DAB and instead invest in either a decent FM radio or some kind of internet streamer you could connect via WiFi. But that's a bit late now. I take it you've done a re-scan?
