DAB station choices - Another favourite bites the dust in parts of East Midlands

So, after my favourite DAB station 'Life' went off-air last year now another goodie 'Chill' has gone too. Apparently and I quote "the Office of Fair Trading, who after the Global/GCap merger, stated that Global had to remove services from some regional multiplexes".

So OFT competition rules has allowed a merger, which in turn has trigered them to have to remove some stations to free up space for others to introduce a similar Chill style station to compete. This is madness that makes no sense.

And DAB = more choice does it? What a joke.
