a simple aeriel question

hi all,
just purchased a denon tu260 mark 2 tuner of ebay to couple up with my rega system,i was just wondering what would be my best bet for a indoor antenna.
this is my 1st seperates tuner so knowledge on this subject not so good.
any advice greatly appreciated.
If you have a loft, then placing the aerial there usually works well. Depends a bit as to how far you are from the transmitter.
