Rega DAC Build Quality - just my bad luck?
I recently purchased the Rega DAC and really really pleased with the results in my system and can't do without it now.
However, the first time I switched on the power button got jammed and did not release. Hence to turn on/off I have to pull plug.
My dealer re-ordered and I swapped.
Now, I unpacked new DAC last night and heard a loose screw or something inside the case jangling around. FFS! Am I just very unlucky or have other owner had similar issues?
Rega gear I have seen has looked and felt very robust so am surprised by my experience.
Back to dealer again 
Definately unlucky, I had the Rega DAC when it first came out and have nothing but praise for their build quality so, yes, persevere.
The dealer found swarf (wire trimming?) got caught in case.
Now removed and dealer dropping off at my work tonight 
Surprised, persevere, absolutely no issues with my Rega components. If they had build issues it would be well documented on here and elsewhere. They are known for quality of build.
