Good Amp + DAC combination for MacBook Pro?

Hi guys,

I'm looking for an amp and DAC (either separate or combined in one unit) which will work well together when connected to my MacBook Pro to play FLAC files. I'm also looking for iPod connectivity but this isn't a must and is probably a lot to ask with my budget, which is £200 max. I've been looking at mini-hifi systems such as the new Denon D-M39DAB which includes an optical in port which would allow me to connect my Mac straight to the DAC built into the system, although I have no need for the CD player or DAB tuner built into this system. The plus with this Denon system is that it is offered in a package with the Dali Zensor 1 speakers for £375.

I really want the Dali's after hearing my friend's set but want to get a decent sound through them from my MacBook. Is the amp or DAC more important here?
