USB to SPDIF

was looking a few months back and was close to buying the v-link2 for 24bit music as my DAC accepts 24/96 spdif. was hoping for a price drop when the v-link192 hit the market but still retailing at £99. haven't looked for a while, are there any other/new products i should be considering?
