Why is it so hard to get hold of SoundScience kit, and does anyone know the best place to go to find stock?

I'm looking for a portable speaker for a trip, and had fixed upon the QB Mito, but it seems near-impossible to unearth anywhere. SoundScience get good mentions via WHF and other sources, and yet stock seems so hard to come by.

anyone know where to go?

cheers.

I have recently emailed SoundScience (info@soundscience-corp.com) about availability/stockists of the QBT and received no answer.

This is poor indeed. It annoys me when companies go about things this way. Sometimes it's like they get a product that's too good for their own infrastructure and they just can't get it out there to meet the demand.

Sounds like this won't be resolved anytime soon.

Best go look for another bluetooth speaker to use on my trip. Anyone got any ideas for decent rechargeable speakers?

We were told that the SoundScience QB Mito would be stocked by Dixons Online, Dixons Travel and AMP3 when we ran our original news story in April. Clickety. They were due out in May, but there may have been a delay.

Other SoundScience speakers such as the Frankenspiel FS-1s are available from Apple stores, and the QSBs from the likes of Play.com, Currys and PC World.
