ReadyNAS Duo problem

I have a problem communicating with my ReadyNAS duo from my computer. When I click on the shortcut I get a message that tells me that the NAS.80.c5.74 is not accesible. etc. Log in failure:account curently disabled.
What have I done and how do I undo it ?.
