I'm looking to get an PC to rip CDs and DVDs, with the possibilities of BluRays (down the line, when they sort out the legality of the personal backup copy... obviously [;)] )  It's going to be connected to a NAS, so needs minimal hard disk - ideally I'd like it to be:
- fanless
- headless operation (no screen / keyboard required)
- would like it to run Windows Home Server.  (I would use Linux, but I fear this might become to large a resource on my valuable time)

Before JD, or others, suggest it, I am aware that a Mac Mini might meet these needs, but I'm not entirely comfortable with the OS and again fear it might become to great a drain on my time.

Suggestions welcomed please.
