New to NAS - can anyone help?

I have just bought a Linn Majik DSM which I am expecting anyday and plan to connect this via Ethernet to my Apple Time Capsule which serves as my router.  At present I use iTunes and with this setup am not sure if I can just continue to do so as the Time Capsule is not UPnP.  However, I understand that Linn Kinsky (app) actually enables this with the above setup - is this correct?  Apparently Kinsky 'finds' the streamer rather than the other way around.

I have also decided to think about getting a NAS and am looking at one of the Synology units - are they easy to set up and are there any particular settings I need to make to get the music on the NAS and the streamer seeing it?

Any help really appreciated - hifi is not new to me, networking is  Smile
