Kate Bush 50 Words For Snow 96KHz/24bit
Same JD, just that they do not sound happy is all ... weird right enough though.
Aye, Kate's Feelings for Snow is rather wonderful, but steer clear if you're feeling depressed.
No more plays for me, then...

Though to be fair, if I woke in the morning to a wet patch that big, I'd be a bit miffed as well...

It must be the kind of mood I've been in recently but listening to 50 Words For Snow, kind of cheers me up.
It's all relative, I suppose.
The only song I can't really warm to(!) is the Elton John duet. Listened to the whole album three times all the way through now, and it's all rather brilliant. Love the piano. And the sound of it in particular. A Coral Room was easily my favourite, most played from Aerial, and the new album seems to take it's musical, textural lead from there.
Notwithstanding my previously aired reservations about my current set up, this album sounds fantastic in "HiFi terms" (whatever they are), but you get my (snow) drift. Steve Gadd's drums, sonic lustre, Kate's singular articulation of the English condition as seen through her/our snow obsession. It's a perfect, er, storm.
I really like it.
I am not so keen of this latest release, 50 word's for boredom.
