itunes remote control solution needed for non-iphone user!

I have seen several pieces of affordable software advertised on the internet e.g. Signal, that would possibly give me full control of itunes using my hp ipaq messenger windows mobile device.  Does anyone have any experience of this type of thing?  If so, could you give me a quick rundown of the best software and how it works i.e. how to set it up etc.  Many thanks.
