Internet radio with podcast pause/review?

Dear Clare,

 I've just logged on for the first time and I'm not sure how the site works yet!     But... I was wondering whether anybody knew of an Internet radio that is available which allows you to pause and rewind podcasts. I've just got a Roberts Stream radio and you can't do it on that - very frustrating. Any ideas?
