Budget Desktop Speaker help!!!

Ok guys, need some help, been trawling the internet in search of a reasonable setup for my iMac for music and live streaming (Spotify/iPlayer etc).. Budget £150. Think I got it down to 3 options.

Been looking at the AE Aego M 2.1 - they seem to offer the best for the money with a separate sub-woofer and AE and known for good sound. (although I have no idea how they can do from 5star to 3star on here?!?!!?) My initial preference was for a 2.1 system but a lot of the best reviews for desktop speakers have been for 2.0, which leads me to the other options:

AudioEngine 2 - Rave reviews but will they really deliver the same impact in sound as the AE's, particularly for bass? 

Bose Companion 2 - Again good reviews but the lack of sub gives me a call for concern. 

Would appreciate some help on this, thanks.
