Best Coaxial output from laptop...

Hi
I want to connect my laptop via a Coaxial Digital output to my DacMagic, what is the best way to do this?
My laptop does not have any digital outputs so what would sound best... an external usb sound card or something wireless like a squeezebox?
Thanks

Go to Maplin for a "USB Soundbox".

Course, you could just connect the DACMagic via USB, though it's limited to 16/44 I think...

I'm using Foobar2000 with Vista, the main reason I want to use Coaxial is because I've already got a decent Coaxial cable.

LoL @ letting a cable dictate a purchase!
Digital cables do not make a difference.
Get a USB Soundbox which is £15 converts USB to optical. Then use the cheapest thinnest optical cable you can find from a bin.

Why does it have to be coax? If there's no digital out, you're right you need another client of sorts - Airport Express will do it (via optical), though only plays iTunes content. An external sound card with a digital out will also work, and a Squeezebox (or other media clients) is a nice option.
What operating system and media player do you use?
