Audio interface and software for archiving 78s

Hi All

I inherited a collection of around 800 78s that belonged to my great uncle and I am looking for some advice on archiving these onto my Mac.

I have a KAB broadcast standard SL1210 Mk5, a Graham Slee Revelation, a Roksan Caspian M Series 1 Integrated and a 2.6GHz Intel Core Duo Powerbook.

Could anyone recommend a suitable audio interface and software to compliment this system?
