Airplay & PCs

Hi,

How easy, I suspect not at all, is it to stream music from a PC to an airplay enabled speaker or system? Is it possible to do it simply without iTunes?

I've seen plugins for things like Winamp that claim to do it, but don't know how well it's implimented, or whether it's a pain in reality.
