Sony BDP S780 or Panasonic DMT BDT310

Thinking of getting either a Sony BDP S780 or Panasonic DMT BDT310.  Can anyone help me make up my mind?

Get the cheaper one, seriously, I've read the WHF reviews of both. I think the only advantage the Sony has is wireless out of the box, will read review again to confirm.

The panasonic 310 is wireless as well,out of the box.

Do you need to get the 310?

 

Isn't the only difference between that and the 210 the second HDMI out? No point spending money on that if you don't need it.
