Hi ,

 

I owned both Sony 380s and Pana BD65, both were very noisy, almost irritating. So I am now looking for a nice quiet blu ray player in the 250 pds budget.

 

Any advices?

id say if you move up in the Sony range you might be ok - I have an Oppo BD 93 which is bliss (noise drives me crazy) - maybe buy somewhere like argos where you can return for a refund after a few days if you arent happy with a product.. very hard to audition for noise in a store.. always sound different at home..
