problems with Pioneer BDP - 51FD
I have recently started having problems with my blu ray player on certain discs, namely:
1. Skipping and freezing
2. A blue tinge over the playback
I have updated the firmware to the latest available and tried to clean the lens but the player refuses to work with the lens cleaning disc. I thought it might be the blu ray discs themselves but those that freeze on the Pioneer work fine on my PS3.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I might do to correct these issues?
Many thanks
I loved the look of my Pioneer, they just look like quality goods, but the slow loading and over sensitivity made me sell it.
What do think of the 120 by comparison?

Impressed. Loading speed is incredible in comparison to the 320, looks wise, I prefer the 320 by some distance, and the remote is lacking some useful buttons, but it's a fantastic budget player overall.

Can't help with the blue tinge, but my old BDP-320 was very sensitive to even the slightest mark on a disc, and occasionally when there was no mark at all.
