new blu ray player £200.00 ish with built in wi fi

hope someone can point me in the right direction , im looking to replace my old sony blu ray player , im looking to get a player with built in wi fi and netflix built in also with 3D playback and a front usb , hoping for some tips .

I agree with BB's shortlist, though I think you can cut your budget in half. 

The Panasonic DMP-BDT220 does everything you ask for in exemplary fashion.

purchased today and very happy with this player , listening to some JAM on flac audio files sounds awesome , easy to set up and gtreat picture , very pleased .
