Marantz BD7004 FW problem?

I just did a firmware update on my 'ol 7004 and I think something has gone woefully wrong!
The update went smoothly with no hitches until.. The drawer opened at the end of the update and the words TEST F/W appered on the units front display.Also the Marantz logo on the screen has been replaced by the word UNOFFICIAL.
So now it looks like I've got a dodgy BD player and I have no info coming up on the display when pressing functions on the remote!
Duh..wished I'd never touched the dang thing!
Has anyone else had this problem with a Marantz (and possibly Denon?) BDP?
