looking for advice
hi there im not sure about what would got well with my yamaha rxa 2010. id like to stop useing my ps3 as my only blu ray. any ideas on what to look for and what to avoid.

What's your budget, & what are your requirements? Are you going to listen to music as well? Do you want DVD-Audio / SACD capability as well? How many DVDs are you going to watch?
okay well music is not on the must list price could be upto 800 on it and it must be a better quality than my ps3 can give atm. lately i am gettin into films alot more

Don't expect a massive difference from PS3 when playing blu rays. For blu ray picture playback, I did not find any difference between my Panasonic BD60, PS3 & Denon 2500BT. The main difference is in DVD upscaling.
Your Yamaha will decode audio brilliantly, so you don't have to worry about sonic performance.
Look at Denon 1713UD, Oppo 93, Denon 2012UD, Marantz UD5007, Cambridge Audio BD651, Panasonic BDT500, Pioneer LX55 & Sony S790.

Look out for traffic and avoid big lorries.
Sony and Panasonic seem favourites. Sony play SACD's where many do not. Best advice for bdp to start with reviews.
