good priced blu-ray player

I have the samsung lcd LA550 and would like to get a blu-ray player, was look at the BD-D5100 however i realised that i don't need to stay within the brand. What other players can i consider for around R1 200.

You're from SA too?I have the same Samsung but 37", I'm using the Sony BDP-S370 and it's good. Sony's selling the newer S380 for the official price of R1200, but I get the sneaky suspicion the 370's got better picture quality - and it's a great DVD upscaler. Get to your local Makro now.
