Yamaha v473 - Is it any good ?

I  am hoping if any one can help as  I am in the market for a new amp but can anyone tell me if the Yamaha v473 is any good and if there are any reviews out there as I can't find them has Whathifi going to review this or has it been reviewed ?

 I am hoping to get a a Yamaha v473 with monitor audio mass speaker set. Is this a decent combination ?
