Which Room EQ do I apply first ?

I currently own a Pioneer SC-LX85 amp, and next I am going to buy the velodyne SPL1200 Ultra Subwoofer. THis subwoofer comes with a mic and its own Room EQ calobration system. I am just wondering when I first set up this sub, should I first run the MCCAC on the Pioneer and then the subs calobration or the other way around ???
