what avr is as good as the yamaha RXA2010 ?
i have the rxa 2010 i jw if anyone has a diffrent brand that can beat it ?

At £1499 there is quite a lot of competition and I would put a Pioneer LX75 as quality contender although with a different sound. The Anthem MRX500 gives the Yamaha a run for the money as well if it is high quality sound and not facilities you are after.
At the run out prices I cannot think of anything right now that is new that can touch the A2010
It may not be a popular receiver on here, but I think the Marantz SR7005 can give the Yamaha a run for its money. Both can be bought for similar prices (circa £799) now newer models are coming out.
i chose the 2010 mainly because a mate of mine had one and wow it was stunning sound to my ears. as always speakers are a big factor with it
